PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

The Department of Public Works is responsible for a wide variety of activities within the county, such as maintenance of streets and roads, maintenance and operation of drainage facilities, construction inspection and approval, and maintenance of public buildings.
We also issue driveway permits and perform inspections for new culvert installations.
Driveway and Culvert Permits can be obtained at the Board of Commissioners Office
